The Bright College (TBC) has newly introduced its ELICOS English language program, offering international students an exciting opportunity to improve their English while studying in the heart of Perth.
For international students, English is much more than a language subject. It is the key to communicating confidently, succeeding in further study, finding employment and participating fully in everyday life across the world.
English learning at your level
Not every student arrives in Australia with the same level of English. TBC’s new ELICOS program recognises this by offering different levels of study:
- Beginner/Elementary English
- Pre-Intermediate English
- Intermediate English
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Advanced Upper-Intermediate English
Students can develop their skills progressively in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with classroom-based learning and assessment.
The program is designed not simply to teach grammar and vocabulary, but to help students communicate more effectively in real-life situations. Depending on their level, students develop skills such as participating in discussions, understanding different forms of communication, writing emails and formal documents, understanding more complex texts and expressing ideas clearly.
